Hangin' on the Ledge (Shoreline Boulder)

Route starts holding onto a surprisingly slippery ledge, moves over to the left and then continues up the corner of the boulder via some crimps. The fall zone might be a little slippery if it was just high tide or may even be submerged during the peak of high tide. The rock below is fairly flat so a pad or two should be sufficient protection. 

Just as you come out of the parking lot the boulder will be to the left closer to the shoreline/ocean (i.e. North east of parking lot entrance). Route is on a part of the boulder closer to the water.
