This is a super fun compression-style problem. Start with your right hand on the corner and your left on a sloping sidepull feature. Bump your right hand up the corner, and then surf the corner to a somewhat tall topout.

It's on the same boulder as Smear Tactics. Start on the far right side of said boulder.
