Start seated on the rightmost edge of the boulder (avoiding the detached rocks). Make long reaches out left until you can make a long reach up to the lip.

I suspect the difficulty of this climb is height dependent.

If you are facing The Golden Dream corner, Mad Lion will be in a cave to your right.
