Sit start to the left of “1961” on jugs on the ledge under the roof. Climb straight up through slopers and jugs to top out on the highest point above the roof.

On the mini-roof in the Spy vs. Spy Area. The line starts to the right of "Prohias", before the roof curves back toward the wall.
