Start in the crack in the back of the cave on the leftside of the little corridor that separates The Wookie and Witch Hazel. Start the same as The Wookie, in the crack at the back of the cave. Work your way up the crack and up on to the overhanging left face and reach around to the slab. Finish straight up.

As with The Wookie and Witch Hazel, walk around to the backside of the Hematoma boulder. Walk into the small corridor and look for the cave on your left.
