A bouldery start (crux) leads to a ledge, above which a bolt protects moves into a thin crack. Belay from the small tree atop the route (you can back up the tree with a 3 inch cam).

Originally done as a top-rope by starting on

Epic Zedu

and moving right at the ledge; it was later lead with a direct start.
