Overhand Right

Start with the hands hanging on right side of the crevice. Left foot starts on bottom-left jut of crevice. Right foot starts smeared on right slab of crevice. First move is a right hand up to the top of the right crevice. After a left foot placed by the starting handholds, the rest of the route involves traversing the crack to the left and to the top.

Until a proper beta is discovered, the difficulty is moving horizontally along the crack while smearing the feet along the slab because there aren't many options for footholds with the exception of a few notches, if you can call them that.
