Public Enema Low

Start right and slightly below public enema on bottom of good flake jug.  Make moves to upper flake and then a hard, iron cross-type move to gain the start hold of public enema.  Exiting index tick (breakage on crux move) prob bumps it to 10+.. don't think its quite enough to squeak out that 11 grade.
